I received the wrong product.He says he never makes a mistake but I have proof of what I ordered.

He told that there no return policy on what i ordered. He is very arrogant and talks down to me. I tried to post my complaint on some Goldwing forums but they were deleted to protect him I guess. Then he threatened me.

Said he would make sure his friends would never sell to me again. There are not very many places I can buy parts for old Goldwings.

Very bad customer service.Wont take phone calls and very slow to email.

One more thing.In nearly 12 years of business - we’ve handled 25,000+ transactions.

Virtually 100% of all payments to us are handled via PayPal. Our records show that during our entire history, there have been only 24 “disputes” initiated via PayPal. Most involved spouses not recognizing charges for motorcycle parts on joint credit chards! A few involved lost shipments due to bad addresses that were initially supplied to us by the customer.

All such disputes are quickly resolved. There are no current open disputes.

Our extremely low dispute frequency puts us into the highest echelon of performance according to PayPal’s metrics.Again, this anonymous complainer (if real) should contact us directly for a quick resolution.

I ordered Randakk's GL1000 carb rebuilding video.My shipping address was wrong, my fault, and it got returned to Randall.

He sent me an email explaining what happened, then re-shipped the video without charging me an additional penny.This poster is full of ***.

1. We've searched our records and can find no customer matching this complaint. Our sales records go back 11 years. Our return policies are 100% transparent.

2. Mistakes happen. We always replace items shipped in error immediately and without questions.

3. We always replace or exchange items whenever customers unintentionally order the wrong item ....immediately and without questions.

4. We answer every customer service email we receive.

5. We are not located in Montebello, CA as indicated above.

6. The person filing this complaint misspelled the name of our company.

7. We do not threaten or abuse customers. We treat all customers with respect.

Our conclusion: this is a bogus report posted by an anonymous detractor.

If this complain is real, the person should contact us via the contact form on our website for resolution.

His location is in North Carolina. All you gotta do is look at his policies. No returns, no phone and doesnt say anything wrong or make mistakes. I believe the complainer.

returns are not allowed.

there is NO OPTION to speak to me on a telephone.

If you feel personally offended by anything I ever write, read it again. You are most likely mistaken. If you still feel that way, let me know. I do not intentionally make such mistakes.

I do not normally respond to emails on the weekend.
